"I had interviewed other realtors and had not been happy with any of them. I was calling around on a Saturday afternoon and had left several messages; I had not heard back from anyone. When I called the Coldwell Banker office, Adelina answered and was extremely friendly and professional. She came with a contract and all comparables within a couple of hours after talking to her. This sale transpired during the peak of the pandemic in the nation's hotspot. Adelina arranged appointment times for 12 families to come, one after the other (not an open house) all within a two hour time frame. Cars were lined up outside waiting for their appointment. She was prepared with masks, hand sanitizer and booties for each person who entered. No one was allowed to touch anything. I sat under a shade tree in my car with my dogs for two hours.
